Our General English Plus Course is a 21 hour, full-time course that will help you improve all your English language skills. Speaking, listening, reading and writing. Start when you want to and study for a few weeks or stay with us for the whole year. This course will really help you in accelerating your English language ability quickly. It is more intense than our standard General English course but well worth it.

General Information:
General English Plus Conversation is one of our intensive courses and is a combination of General English plus 6 hours of conversation classes. Which will build your confidence as you take part in debates, discussions, roleplay and presentations.

Description: At this stage, you are just starting your English language journey. You can use and understand familiar everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at satisfying specific needs. Communication is very basic, relying on simple, direct sentences.

  • Asking and answering questions about personal details such as where you live, people you know, and things you have.
  • Interacting in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly.

Description: You’ve acquired basic English skills and can handle simple, straightforward tasks. You can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of immediate relevance (e.g., basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).

Skills:

  • Communicating in routine tasks requiring a simple exchange of information.
  • Describing in simple terms aspects of your background, immediate environment, and matters in areas of immediate need.
  • Handling simple social interactions.

Description: You can deal with most situations likely to arise while traveling in an area where English is spoken. You can produce simple connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. You can describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes, and ambitions, and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Skills:

  • Handling situations that may occur during travel.
  • Writing simple, coherent texts on familiar topics.
  • Engaging in discussions about personal interests, experiences, and opinions.

Description: You have a good command of English and can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity. You can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in your field of specialization.

Description: Your English skills are highly developed. You can express ideas fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. You can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors, and cohesive devices.

Description: At this pinnacle, you can understand virtually everything heard or read with ease. You can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. You can express yourself very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in more complex situations.
